Litigation experience informs work in negotiating and documenting deals and vice versa. A strong background in each discipline allows for more effective and efficient representation in both.
In 2005 I left a partnership at a large law firm to start Lebowitz Law Office and put this theory into practice. I handle litigation and business law matters with the help of two dedicated associates and a network of lawyers and law firms with whom I share an "of counsel" relationship. LLO, LLC can handle large complex matters but remains small enough to efficiently handle smaller, yet equally important, matters.
By staying lean and staffing up when necessary, LLO, LLC is able to offer sophisticated services at reasonable rates and to offer any number of creative and non-traditional fee arrangements when appropriate.
